In March 2002, the current head Sant, Sri Maan 108 Sant Baba Jeet Singh Ji followed Sant Baba Harbhajan Singh Ji Virakt as the head Sant of the Kutia.
The Dastar Bandee to appoint Baba Jeet Singh Ji was attended by a 25,000 to 30,000 sangat (congregration) from all around the world. The sangat included Baba Roshan Singh Ji Hoti Mardan and Baba Jagjeet Singh Ji Harkhowal amongst many other Sants and Mahapursh.
